Modern technology now provides industries of all kinds with the ability to gather vast amounts of data. But data requires more than just flashy dashboards and reports. In order to make better data-driven business decisions, employers require hybrid IT/business professionals to make data meaningful. Our STEM designated program was built with this need in mind.

Educational Objectives
Upon completion of the program, students have the ability to describe the business drivers and critical success factors for effective analytics projects and program delivery. You’ll be able to communicate complicated information at a professional level with comfort and confidence using data science.
In the Master of Science in Analytics degree program, we will help you:

Michael Lohle, PhD, PMP
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Dr. Lohle spent twenty-six years in the financial services, insurance, information technology services, pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. He is experienced with all aspects of information technology and his specialty is delivering large business intelligence and analytics solutions for major corporations. Dr. Lohle's research interests include project and program management, business intelligence and analytics, and the application of qualitative research methods in business settings.
Arthur C. McAdams, PhD
Dr. Arthur C. McAdams is a versatile and dynamic executive and educator. A former Chief Information Officer at SSC Inc., Sr. Vice President and Director of Information Systems at People’s Bank Inc., and Lead Programmer at Pitney Bowes Inc., McAdams led several successful strategic initiatives during his 28 years in industry. He continues to stay active in industry as an independent management consultant – specializing in strategy and organizational excellence.
Illya Mowerman, PhD
Dr. Illya Mowerman is an Analytics professional and educator. llya gained analytics experience in various industries when joining the consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he created and then lead a team of Data Scientists who supported consulting studies for the firm. His expertise and experience is in the development of predictive models and their implementation into business solutions. Much of his work has centered around customer lifetime value and its use in customer acquisition and retention.
